Types of participation
The types of participation at the 1st Caparica Christmas Conference on Sample Treatment 2014 are listed bellow:
- Participation only.
- Poster contribution. Regular Posters (A0) must fit onto a 841 mm (wide) by 1189 mm (long) space.
- Oral contribution. 15 min oral presentations.
- Shot-gun presentation for PhD Students. 5 min oral presentations. No questions.

Should you wish an invoice, please send the name, address and VAT number (TAX payer number or fiscal code) of the person or institution paying the fees.
The registration fee for participants and students includes:
- Access to the Scientific Sessions
- Conference Package
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner (per day, if staying in Conference Venue).

- Breakfast, lunch and dinner (per day, if staying in Conference Venue).
CAUTION: To qualify, for these benefits, participants must stay at the conference Venue. BOOKING MUST BE DONE DIRECTLY BY THE PARTICIPANT NEVER BY A BOOKING AGENCY NOR BY INTERNET. If you are not going to be based there, then you will need to pay for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please contact the organizers if this is the case.

Participants can cancel the reservation without costs until 06:00 pm of the prior day of arrival, after this time they will be charged the amount of the reservation on their credit card.
